How to Fix Issue with 835 Transaction File Download
Users who continue to experience issues in downloading the 835 Transaction File on their machine are encouraged to update their Microsoft Windows Defender to the latest version using the following steps:
- Open Windows Security
- Navigate to Virus & threats protection
- Click on “Check updates” link under Virus & Threat protection updates
- Click on “check for updates” button
Once the latest version is loaded, the issue should no longer persist.
